PREPARE/ENRICH Sessions

I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator providing assessment and counseling to couples who are preparing for engagement and marriage or those who are interested in revitalizing their marriage relationship.

PREPARE/ENRICH is an online assessment created by Dr. David Olson, which is backed by research as a reliable tool to effectively improve the relationships of couples.  The online assessment is taken separately by the couple to identify strengths and uncover growth areas. Typically, 8 counseling sessions will follow to give feedback on what is learned through the assessment and teaching tools to enhance relationship skills.  Sessions tailored to the couple tend to focus on the following overarching relationship skills:

• Stress Management
